About me
The Fairfield Ludlowe High School Administrative team has been together since 2019 and was determined this year to design professional development sessions that all teachers would meaningful, useful, and sustained over the course of the year -- in place of single-topic sessions that did not always apply to all members of the faculty. The PD Pathways approach has resulted in more teacher engagement, deeper learning, and strong support of school improvement initiatives.
