Jen Otte is an innovative educational leader with over 20 years of experience as both a teacher and an administrator in Connecticut. She is energetic and incredibly passionate about all things education, especially when it comes to educating our teens and tweens. Her mission is to empower educators - and leaders - through knowledge, insights, and strategies in order to truly tap into the power of the teenage brain.
