Marco Tirillo: With over 20 years in education, I bring extensive experience as a teacher and administrator. My journey includes 8 years of teaching and 13 years as an assistant principal across urban and suburban districts, spanning grades 5-12 in magnet and traditional schools. I am passionate about fostering inclusive environments through restorative practices, social-emotional learning, and equity initiatives. By integrating these principles, I strive to empower students and educators, advocate for change, and facilitate growth. Committed to educational equity and holistic development, I engage communities and inspire others by sharing insights from a career devoted to building thriving schools.
