About me
For nearly 30 years, Kelly served as a school leader in Connecticut. In her work she focused on systemic improvement efforts designed to develop in students the knowledge, skills, and understandings necessary for success in a rapidly changing global environment. She has long been an advocate for collaborative leadership that seeks to empower all members of the learning organization. Following her retirement as Superintendent of the Mansfield Public Schools, Kelly is now the coordinator of the Executive Leadership Program at the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut where she trains administrators for the role of superintendent.
