About me
Dr. Beckham is the principal at JM Wright Technical High School and has been an administrator in the CT Technical Education and Career System for the past 11 years. Her leadership philosophy, both as a principal and lifelong athlete and coach, is centered on creating resiliency and high achievement for all students while fostering a climate of support, collaboration and respect through restorative approaches, engagement and responsibility. Dr. Beckham believes restorative approaches not only address conflict but also build a foundation of trust, helping students develop the skills they need to become responsible, compassionate citizens.
