Emily Lago: With nearly a decade in education, I am in my third year as an instructional coach. I began as a high school math teacher, designing a self-paced course for seniors and researching justification in math while implementing the "thinking classroom" model. My experience spans three districts in urban and suburban settings, offering a diverse perspective to my coaching. Passionate about restorative practices, I work to empower teachers in fostering student independence and ensuring equitable learning for all.
