Alicyn Pulcini: I am an Instructional Coach and Reading/Language Arts Consultant with over 30 years of experience at the elementary and middle school levels. My career reflects a deep commitment to literacy and effective teaching practices. As a Reading Consultant, I lead our school’s reading intervention program, supporting struggling readers with expertise and care. As an Instructional Coach for Language Arts and Social Studies, I help educators enhance teaching strategies to improve student outcomes. Dedicated to equity, I guide teachers in applying the Instructional Core framework, ensuring rigorous, intentional, and responsive instruction that meets the diverse needs of all learners.
