About me
Annie Mohr is in her 25th year as an educator. She was a Spanish teacher for 17 years and has spent the last 8 years as the Assistant Principal, all at Helen Keller Middle School. Annie has led her school through the transformation process of becoming a relationships-first community based on the tenets of restorative practices. She is a licensed restorative trainer through IIRP and has participated in many CSDE climate and restorative practices. She has spearheaded staff and student restorative training as well as brought in the Wingman program to promote a student-led school climate change movement. She leads professional development and community climate committees in order to promote an inclusive approach to ensure a culture of respect, joy, support, and inspiration.
