Dr. Dana Perez, Principal of Pembroke Elementary School in Danbury, CT, has over 15 years of experience in education within the Danbury Public School system. She earned a Doctorate in Education from Fordham University, a Master’s in School Counseling from Mercy College, and a Bachelor’s in Business from Manhattanville College. Named the 2022 CAS Assistant Principal of the Year, Dr. Perez leverages her experience as an Assistant Principal and school counselor to meet diverse student needs. Passionate about academic success, she is committed to fostering an inclusive school culture where all students feel supported, valued, and empowered.
